Application Instructions

For Individuals (Students & Artists):

Please provide a valid Identity Proof (Aadhaar/PAN), Address Proof, and relevant portfolio links. Students must provide a valid Student ID or institutional proof.

For Companies (Labels & Distributors):

Please review the List of Required Documents below carefully. You must upload the mandatory documents based on your company structure (Sole Proprietorship, Partnership Firm, or Private Limited). The form will automatically show the correct upload fields once you select your Applicant Type.
