Terms of Logo Usage

The Association of Indian Independent Music logo (including the wordmark "aiim" and all associated graphical elements) is the registered intellectual property of the Association of Indian Independent Music. The following terms govern its usage:

1. Prior Written Permission Required: No person, organization, or entity may use, reproduce, display, or distribute the Association of Indian Independent Music logo in any form — digital, print, broadcast, or otherwise — without prior written permission from the authorized officers of Association of Indian Independent Music.
2. Prohibited Uses: The logo shall not be used in any manner that:
   • Suggests endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with Association of Indian Independent Music without authorization
   • Alters, distorts, modifies, or recolors the logo in any way
   • Uses the logo for commercial gain or fundraising without express consent
   • Places the logo alongside content that is defamatory, obscene, illegal, or otherwise objectionable
   • Creates derivatives, mashups, or parodies of the logo
3. Minimum Clear Space: When used with permission, the logo must maintain adequate clear space around it and must not be smaller than the minimum specified size to ensure legibility.
4. Attribution: Any authorized use of the logo must include appropriate attribution to the Association of Indian Independent Music.
5. Revocation: Association of Indian Independent Music reserves the right to revoke logo usage permissions at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
6. Legal Action: Unauthorized use of the Association of Indian Independent Music logo may result in legal action under the Trade Marks Act, 1999, the Copyright Act, 1957, and other applicable laws of India.
