One-Time Registration Policy

Association of Indian Independent Music charges a one-time registration fee according to the selected membership category. There are no annual membership or renewal fees. Membership continues unless cancelled by the member or suspended or terminated by Association of Indian Independent Music under its membership terms and code of conduct.

Fee Purpose

The one-time fee covers: Application processing, Identity or business verification, Account creation, Membership onboarding, Membership certificate generation, and Administrative costs.

Re-registration

A new registration fee may be charged when:

A terminated member submits a new application
A membership has been inactive for more than two years
An applicant changes to a different legal entity
New business verification is required

Upgrading membership

Members should pay only the fee difference when upgrading. No additional administrative fee should be charged for a standard upgrade. Examples:

Student to Artist: ₹1,000
Artist to Label: ₹3,501
Label to Distributor: ₹10,000
